Returns

We offer customers to return purchased products for an Exchange or Refund. 

Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted.All orders are sent in sturdy shipping boxes, which can be re-used for returns. (Shipments do not include a return label, but we will email you are turn label after you register your return.)

When you are returning your products, we will deduct a return shipping charge from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back to Poland.

Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by MAWO. Once the returned product is received by MAWO, the return will be processed for an Exchange or Refund as per your request within 30 days.

Warranty

All products from MAWO come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. Payment

MAWO acceptsVisa, MasterCard, Maestro and in some countries Apple Pay, Google Pay and Przelewy24. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3DSecure, the security code. All information is sent securely to MAWO, using SSL(Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. mawocollective.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include Polish VAT. mawocollective.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On mawocollective.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Polish Zloty (PLN), Euro (€). mawocollective.com sends all packages with InPost in Poland. To all the international destinationsDHL and UPS, are used. Exceptions cannot be made. Shipping times for regular service outside of Poland are 3-18 business days, and as a regular service inside Poland 2-4 business days. mawocollective.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding.International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. The minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping is shown on mawocollective.com under Shipping. Local customs and duties may apply upon import. Coupon Codes Terms

Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one (1) coupon code may be redeemed per user account / per household / per promotion. The coupon code is redeemable on select merchandise only. Coupon codes may require a minimum PLN/Euro value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Coupon Codes may be subject to expiration in which case, the coupon code will expire at GMT+1, regardless of the physical time zone/location of the code holder.

All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in connection with MAWO products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong toMAWO. MAWO trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to MAWO or MAWO’s suppliers. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in MAWO’s products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licences and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of MAWO. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this service, in whole or in part.

Confirmation

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
